This scene is of the high desert poppies near my
home.
I painted this in plein air with a group of artist in
early spring. The farm house was surrounded by
wild flowers.
With beauty come danger! The owner of the
property
warned our group that he had killed three Mojave
Rattlesnake that same morning near by.
